The Feel
Before you see it, you feel it.

Ivory raw silk with the faintest slub. Cool to the touch, matte, forgiving on all skin tones. The peengh motif is scattered softly across the kurta and sleeves — one on each panel, one on each sleeve, front and back — the house emblem, repeated the way a boli is repeated.

The Karigari
What the hand does.
  • Around thirty-two peengh (swing) motifs worked in antique matte gold marori across the kurta and sleeves — front and back — each roughly 3 inches tall, the emblem of the house repeated softly.
  • One line of matte gold couched thread along the neckline. Nothing else.
  • The dupatta carries a single-thread matte gold edge, one continuous line around all four sides.
Care
How she stays herself.
  • Dry clean by hand only — the marori is delicate.
  • Store flat with mulmul separator between kurta and dupatta.
  • Cover the peengh motif with tissue when storing.
Made to measure
Every Peengh is cut for one woman.
On the first WhatsApp call, a client advisor will guide you through the twelve measurements — kurta, sleeve, chest, waist, hip, bottom length, and bottom seat, plus dupatta preference. We fit bust 32″–46″ and heights 5'0″–5'10″ comfortably; for sizes outside this range, we welcome the conversation. Lead time: 5–6 weeks from confirmed measurements — restraint takes as long as density. 8 weeks if reworked in ivory-on-ivory bridal density (adds a second peengh at the dupatta pallu)

Wear it with

Wear it with polki or plain gold — the suit is the ornament. A single strand of small pearls, one thin kara, matte gold jhumkis. Juttis in ivory or antique gold. Never wear anything red with Peengh — it undoes the point.

Why this one

"Every luxury house needs one silent statement. Ours is Peengh — ivory, restrained, the emblem of the house worn as a suit."

Common Questions

About this suit

What silhouette is Peengh?

Peengh is a 16-kali anarkali — a floor-length frock suit built from 16 hand-cut panels (kalis) at the skirt, with a fitted bodice and a wide flared hem.

What is the embroidery on Peengh?

Phulkari counted-stitch across the yoke and hem, with lines of tilla gold following the panel seams. The phulkari alone takes 80 to 120 hours by one hand.

Can Peengh be worn as a bridal anarkali?

Yes — Peengh is cut for the Sangeet and Mehndi hours but can be scaled up (heavier embroidery, deeper colour) for a bride who wants an anarkali over a lehenga.

What is the price of Peengh?

Price on request. Colour, kali count, and embroidery density are chosen with you on WhatsApp before we begin.

How long does Peengh take?

Ten to twelve weeks. Phulkari cannot be rushed — one hand, one thread at a time.

How is Peengh sized?

Every Peengh is made to measure. On the first WhatsApp call we walk you through the twelve measurements we take — kurta, sleeve, chest, waist, hip, bottom length, and bottom seat, plus dupatta preference. We fit bust 32"–46" and heights 5'0"–5'10" comfortably; for sizes outside this range, we welcome the conversation.

Can Peengh be shipped internationally?

Ji, Peengh is shipped duties-paid to Canada, USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and across India. Bridal density adds insured shipping, tracked door-to-door, with signature on delivery.

What is the timeline for Peengh?

5–6 weeks from confirmed measurements — restraint takes as long as density for the standard commission. 8 weeks if reworked in ivory-on-ivory bridal density (adds a second peengh at the dupatta pallu)
